In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, United Way of Central New York – in partnership with Contact Community Services and St. Joseph’s Health — invites you to join us for a series of zoom events designed to encourage conversation, enhance skills, and improve the state of mental wellness in Central New York.
Feeling stressed? You’re not alone.
An increasing number of individuals are struggling with mental health since the pandemic. Mental health issues including anxiety, depression and stress are on the rise, especially among younger people.
Join a panel of local healthcare professionals for a discussion about the state of mental wellness in Central New York, and steps we can take to care for ourselves, our colleagues, friends and family.
