From First to Next
This event has concluded. Thank you to everyone who attended!
Over the last decade Black Americans have achieved many “firsts” in Central New York. From elected office to the business office, great gains have been made. But how do we keep that momentum going?
On February 15, 2024, join a panel of people who have achieved significant firsts in our community as they reflect on their personal journey to reaching a first milestone, and what it will take to help the next generation to continue to blaze new trails in Central New York and beyond.
– Melanie Littlejohn – President of the CNY Community Foundation
– Dr. Warren Hilton – President of Onondaga Community College
– Linda Ervin – Onondaga County Legislator (Retired)
